ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಇಂದು ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬನಶಂಕರಿ 6ನೇ ಹಂತ 10ನೇ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ. 3.10 ಕೋಟಿ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ ಹೋಬಳಿ, ಹೆಮ್ಮಿಗೆಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ 2100 ಚದರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶೆಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಪೌಂಡ್ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 3.10 ಕೋಟಿ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತ ಪಡೆಯ ಆರಕ್ಷಕ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರು, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರು, ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರು, ಇವರುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

BDA Recovers property at Banashankari 6th Stage Layout
Bangalore Development Authority recovered its encroached property at Banashankari 6th Stage 10th Block Layout in an operation conducted today.
Unauthorized sheds and compound wall which had come up on Hemmigepura Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, Banashankari Layout 6th Stage was demolished and an extent of 2100 square feet of land is recovered. The recovered property is estimated about Rs. 3.10 crores.
The demolition operation was carried out by the BDA Task Force, under the guidance of the Executive Engineer, South, B.D.A. along with the active co-operation of the Local Police as per the orders of the Commissioner.
